To produce our Berief organic tofus, we use whole soy beans grown under regulated ecological conditions, as well as the traditional coagulating agent calcium sulphate.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2–3 days.
Our tip: Store the tofu in a closed bowl with fresh water daily. This keeps it fresh longer.
