Gently smoked over native (German) beech chips, our tofu is delicious as a perfect addition to soups, by itself.

To produce our Berief organic tofu, we use whole soy beans grown under regulated ecological conditions, as well as the traditional coagulating agent calcium sulphate.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2–3 days.
For 35 years we have been focusing on organic and regional ingredients with minimal transportation routes. Therefore almost all raw materials come exclusively from Europe.
