Dice the Berief organic tofu natural in hazelnut-size pieces, place in a bowl and marinate with soy sauce. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator 1–2 hours. Turn the diced tofu occasionally in the soy sauce, so that they are uniformly marinated.
Take the diced, marinated tofu out of the marinade and let the marinade drip off. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the diced tofu until it is golden-brown all around. Take the pan from the heat and add maple syrup, chili flakes and the remaining marinade to the pan. Stir all ingredients carefully together so that all the diced tofu is glazed.
Put 2 pieces of tofu on each skewer, roll in sesame and serve immediately.
