Vegetarian cannelloni

Preparation

  1. Brown the Berief organic tofu mince.
  2. In a bowl, mix together with the corn, chopped garlic and the egg. Then season with salt, pepper, bell pepper and a lot of oregano.
  3. Boil the cannelloni in salt water for approx. 3/4 of the time specified on the package instructions. Fill the cannelloni with the tofu mince mixture and place them in a casserole dish.
  4. Mix the strained tomatoes together with the Berief organic soy cooking cream and water, season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano, and pour over the cannelloni; they must be covered.
  5. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the pre-heated oven for approx 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
