Maccha soyghurt with beery topping

Preparation

  1. Stir together the Berief organic soyghurt nature with the pulp of the vanilla pod, a little zest and juice of the lime, as well as a little coconut blossom syrup until creamy. Then, little by little stir in the maccha and enhance with a pinch of salt.
  2. For the berry topping, stir together the juice of the line and the powdered sugar and marinate the fresh berries with this mixture.
  3. To serve, place the maccha soyghurt in four small bowls, distribute the marinated berries on top and additionally sprinkle with a little maccha.
Tipp

The intensity can be varied as desired by adding more or less maccha.
