250 ml plant-based whipping cream
1 vanilla pod
100 g cane sugar
For preparation in the ice cream machine:
Put the vanilla-soyghurt mixture in the ice cream machine and fold in the whipped Vesana. Leave the mixture in the ice cream machine until the ice cream has the desired consistency (enough ice crystals have formed).
For preparation without ice cream machine:
Stir together the vanilla-soyghurt mixture and whipped Vesana, and place in the freezer compartment. Take out and stir every half hour so that the ice crystals can be formed evenly (approx. 4 hours).
