500 g fruit in season (e.g. apples, pears, apricots, kiwi, grapefruit, grapes, mango, physalis, etc.)
1 handful pomegranate seeds
1 handful mint
4 tsp coconut blossom syrup
4 tbsp chia seeds
For the waffles, mix together the flour with baking powder and the raw cane sugar. Add the pulp of the vanilla pond and a pinch of salt; stir together with the Berief organic soy drink natural to form a smooth batter. For the final step, mix together the applesauce, and the rape-seed ail; let sit.
Depending on the type and fruit, wash, peel and cut in small pieces. Mix together with the pomegranate seeds and the finely chopped mint. Marinate with the juice of the lemon and the coconut blossom syrup.
Make the waffles and serve with a little fruit salad, pour over with the Berief organic soyghurt cereals, and sprinkle with chia seeds.
For chocolate waffles, simply add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to the batter.
