Red beet, strawberry-orange smoothie with vanilla

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel and dice red beet.
  2. Thaw and drain (frozen) strawberries or wash fresh strawberries and let them dry.
  3. Peel and finely dice orange, pear and lime.
  4. Select, clean, wash and spin dry oak-leaf lettuce.
  5. Mix all ingredients together with the Berief organic soyghurt vanilla and finely puree with a blender or hand blender.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve – a real delight!
