Asian tofu strips

  1. Heat half of the oil in a pan, then briefly sauté Berief organic tofu strips, deglaze with soy sauce, remove from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and sauté the bush beans and spring onions. Add broth, coconut milk, sabal oelek, Asian spice mix, chickpeas, currents and cashews, let everything boil down until it is slightly creamy; if necessary season again with salt, pepper and a little soy sauce.
  3. Add sautéed tofu cut into strips to the sauce, toss, garnish with several coriander leaves, and serve.

This Asian dish goes great together with rice.
