Tofu strips in curry coconut sauce


  1. Brown Berief organic tofu strips in sesame oil.
  2. Add fruit, onions, garlic, and a little ginger, dust with curry and briefly brown.
  3. Deglaze with pineapple juice and orange juice.
  4. Add vegetable broth and Berief organic soy cooking cream, boil down the liquid by one third or one half.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if necessary thicken with starch.
