Tofu strips in curry coconut sauce
500 g Berief organic tofu strips
250 ml Berief organic soy cooking cream
100 g diced onions
5 g garlic
200 g pineapple pieces
200 g bananas
150 ml coconut milk
100 ml pineapple juice
100 ml orange juice
100 ml vegetable broth
As desired: Curry powder, ginger, salt, pepper
Sesame oil for sautéing
- Brown Berief organic tofu strips in sesame oil.
- Add fruit, onions, garlic, and a little ginger, dust with curry and briefly brown.
- Deglaze with pineapple juice and orange juice.
- Add vegetable broth and Berief organic soy cooking cream, boil down the liquid by one third or one half.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, if necessary thicken with starch.
