Tomato-soy smoothie

Preparation

  1. Wash tomatoes, remove cores, then cut into eighths. Those who prefer can remove the skins of the tomatoes beforehand.
  2. Wash and dry basil, pluck off the leaves, place a few leaves to the side as a garnish, cut the rest in strips.
  3. Place tomatoes basil, Berief soy drink and ice cubes in a container and finely puree with a hand blender and whip until creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with a few basil leaves – a real delight!
