Preparation

  1. Finely dice the tomatoes and press out the lemon.
  2. Halve the avocados and remove the core. Detach the pulp with a spoon and thoroughly mash with a fork.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, the lemon juice, the garlic and the Berief soyghurt natural and stir everything together.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
